At Copa Elite, we take pride in our kits. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

• Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for non-customized items. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

• Customized Items: Please note that jerseys with custom names, numbers, or patches are unique to you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (for COD orders).

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
